Berkeley Square Gin

Berkeley Square Gin is a London Dry Gin and is distilled in a traditional copper still at the historic G&J Distillery in Warrington. Over the course of two days before distillation, five of the eight botanicals are macerated with the base spirit, before the final three botanicals, lavender, basil and sage, are wrapped in muslin as a ‘bouquet garni’ and left to infuse their essential oils on the second day.
